Privacy Policy
The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to get back to you, and we never sell it. The longer version is below.

What this covers
This policy explains what information Cooper Park collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this site only. If we link out to another company's site, their privacy practices are their own.
What we collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't require any information to read the site. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into our contact form and submit:
- Full name
- Work email
- Company
- Phone number
- Industry
- Your message
We also keep standard, aggregate analytics about how the site is used (which pages get visited, roughly where traffic comes from) through Vercel Analytics. This is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not set tracking cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use the details from the contact form for one thing: to read your inquiry and get back to you about working together. We may keep our email exchange so we have a record of the conversation. We don't add you to a marketing list or send you unrelated email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. A few service providers help us run the site and handle your message, and they only see what they need to do that job:
- Web3Forms receives your contact-form submission and relays it to us by email.
- Our email provider delivers and stores the message so we can reply.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs and the cookieless analytics described above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, but that is the exception, not the routine.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, so there's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to on that front.
How long we keep it
We keep the details from your inquiry for as long as we're in touch and for a reasonable period afterward, in case the conversation picks back up. If you'd like us to delete what you've sent, just ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under law (for example, under California's privacy rules). Either way, we'll honor a reasonable request. To make one, email us at the address below.
Children
This is a site for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
